It goes without saying that the future of a federally and democratically inspired Europe glaringly lies in the Reform Treaty. To have an agreed European consitution, free from any kind of horizotal and vertical polarization exposed by the ideological diffecences between the citizens of North and South Europe and being also demonstrated by the governments in Old and New Europe, it seems highly imperative that both the goverments and the citizens of Europe should once for all, support for the Reform Treaty.
